Our receptionists are usually the first point of contact and are here to help you. The team will assist you in making appointments, undertake repeat prescription requests and inform patients of test results (when the doctor has seen and approved them).
The team support the doctors in the day-to-day operation of the practice and provides help and assistance at all times. The team is specially trained to meet the complex needs of the patients and to support the Doctors. There will be occasions where the team will need to ask for details of your condition in order to assess the degree of urgency. Such information will be dealt with in complete confidence.
